Suggested use
For immediate Essential Amino Acid supplementation for lean muscle building and hydration… take one scoop of Hydra EAA and mix with 12-16 oz of cold water and drink immediately before physical activity. For rapid and accelerated recovery due to dehydration and extreme physical exertion take 2-3 scoops of Hydra EAA and mix with 24-36 oz cold water and drink immediately. For overall positive protein synthesis and complete body hydration take 3-4 scoops of Hydra EAA and mix with 36-96 oz of cold water and drink throughout the day. Hydra EAA can be mixed with other dietary supplements such as Preworkouts, Glutamine, Creatine, BCAA’, Vitamin Formulas and other such products … to provide Essential Amino Acid fortification and added hydration benefits.
